We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from umitronix.com. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with a return label and instructions for returning the item(s).

All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return policy requirements.

If the item(s) meet our return policy requirements, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item(s). Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size, color or style, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item(s).

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective item(s) within 48 hours of delivery. We will then provide you with a return label and instructions for returning the item(s). Once we receive the item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they are indeed damaged or defective. If they meet our criteria, we will issue a refund to the original payment method or send a replacement item(s) if available.
